Seung Han Ho Carrollton, TX Shooting – 69-Year-Old Charged in Deadly Shooting Rampage Linked to Business Disputes

Authorities in Carrollton have arrested 69-year-old Seung Han Ho following a deadly shooting rampage that left two men dead and three others injured across two locations on Tuesday morning. Investigators say the violence was driven by ongoing financial disputes tied to business dealings.

The first shooting occurred around 9:57 a.m. at K Towne Plaza along State Highway 121, a well-known commercial hub in the city’s Koreatown district. According to the Carrollton Police Department, Ho allegedly opened fire during a business meeting, killing one man and wounding three others. The injured victims—two men and one woman—were transported to a hospital and are reported to be in stable condition.

Roughly an hour later, officers responded to a second scene in the 2700 block of Old Denton Road, where they discovered another adult male deceased inside an apartment. Detectives later confirmed the second killing was connected to the earlier shooting and involved the same suspect.

Following a brief manhunt, Ho was located near major roadways in the Koreatown area and taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. Authorities say he later confessed to shooting all five victims, citing anger over financial disagreements. A firearm was recovered in connection with the case.

Ho now faces capital murder charges along with multiple counts of aggravated assault. He remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.

The identities of the deceased victims have not yet been released as officials work to notify their families. The incident has deeply shaken the local community, particularly within Carrollton’s Korean American business district, where many knew those involved.

Officials have stated there is no ongoing threat to the public. The investigation remains active as authorities work to fully understand the circumstances and relationships behind the violence.
